Parents watching the classes

On Saturday night, the girls participated in a freestyle battle. They competed against dancers from many different studios. Big shout-out to Toni who made it to the final battle! One of our dad's participated in the parent's battle as well. He KILLED it. Thanks to Tajun, Stephanie's dad! We were so proud to have a parent represent CPAA in the parent's battle. Next year, I have a feeling we will have a few more :)

Toni and Zoe with their Scholarships

On Sunday, the girls participated in an audition for scholarships. Monsters offers scholarships to come to some of their future events for free, and also for other dance events in New York and Los Angeles. Congratulations to Toni and Zoe for receiving a full scholarship to Monsters of Hip Hop National Finale in Los Angeles, CA! All of the girls did so well learning all of the dances and combinations. This was many of their first time to an event like this...and they were fearless! It was awesome to watch them approach each class like they've been doing this for years! So, congratulations to the CPAA Kidz Crew on a job well done at their first convention of the year. Now to get ready for our first competition!
